Members must have the resources to run a moving company and be of good financial standing.
Members must not have a police record, been declared bankrupt or have been disqualified as a director.
Members must provide at least minimum standards of insurance (or liability) as required by BAR.
Members must have a dedicated office, manned during office hours.
Members staff must be suitably trained and qualified.
Members must use appropriate materials and equipment.
Members must have adequate procedures for the key elements of providing a removals service.
